Libraries & APIs

MeshGrid incorporates the following third-party open-source libraries and network services. Apple system frameworks are listed separately.

Open-source libraries (Swift Package Manager)

The app links these packages (versions reflect the project’s resolved dependencies; update when you upgrade packages):

Mapbox Maps SDK for iOS

v11.14.4 - github.com/mapbox/mapbox-maps-ios

Interactive maps, styles, camera, and rendering. Mapbox also distributes related binaries (for example Mapbox Common and Mapbox Core Maps) as transitive dependencies of this SDK.

Turf for Swift

v4.0.0 - github.com/mapbox/turf-swift

Geospatial analysis helpers (points, polygons, lines) used with map features.

SwiftProtobuf

v1.36.1 - github.com/apple/swift-protobuf

Protocol Buffers support where used in the project.

Each project above is subject to its own license (for example Mapbox terms and notices in the Mapbox SDK, and the SwiftProtobuf license for SwiftProtobuf). See the repository or package documentation for full license text.

Network services & APIs

When you use features that require network access, the app may contact:

Mesh and Bluetooth features do not require these services; they are optional for map and weather overlays.

Apple frameworks

MeshGrid is built with Apple’s SDKs, including (non-exhaustive): SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, Foundation, Core Location, Core Bluetooth, Core Data, CryptoKit, Security, MapKit, Network, UserNotifications, WebKit, AudioToolbox, and other system frameworks as needed.

Trademarks

Apple, Mapbox, Open-Meteo, RainViewer, and other names may be trademarks of their respective owners. MeshGrid is not endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.
