This page summarizes how MeshGrid approaches the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, where those rules apply. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Summary. MeshGrid does not sell personal data. We do not provide personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or similar third parties for their own purposes, and we do not “export” your profile or usage history to external marketing or analytics platforms.

2. What we process and why

We process only the personal data needed to run the app and optional features you enable (for example, profile fields you enter, location when you grant permission, and technical data needed for stability). Processing is based on performance of the Service, your consent where required (such as certain permissions), and, where applicable, legitimate interests in a secure, reliable app.

3. No sale and no third-party commercial sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their independent commercial use, and we do not build advertising profiles from your use of MeshGrid.

5. Mesh and device-to-device traffic

When you use mesh or peer features, content you send may be relayed between devices according to the mesh protocol. That is operational communication between participants, not MeshGrid selling or licensing your data to unrelated companies. Other participants may see content you send over the mesh according to how those networks work. Plan operational security accordingly.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it where feasible.
